Reporter

This module might be the most powerful module of them all; it is the module by which management can interpret the usage of the Service Highway.

• It can generate full color graphical charts,
• Or generate plain text reports. Whichever you like best

The reporter module consists of graphic support, by presenting various charts users can analyze usage on, for example:

• How often is a particular problem done for a customer?
• How long does a particular process take to start and end?
• Which users use function A, which users use function B?
• And much more.

This module reveals how an organization operates the Highway and more important, when interpreted with knowledge, it reveals where the margins are to improve Service Assurance on an ongoing basis.
