Product

Service Highway consists of four modules. Each module is intended for a different service assurance role, separating concerns for the complete process.

These four modules are:

Manager

The Service Highway Manager is the control room of the Service Highway. It manages the security aspects like authentication and authorization. But more important, the service workflows are defined in the manager. The service workflow is the hart of Service Highway where the real work is done. The manager module is intended for team leaders and workflow designers.

Consumer

The Service Highway Consumer is the workflow "player". It serves as a client to the workflow engine and can be used in several scenario's. The consumer might be used by a helpdesk agent, directly by a customer through a self-care setup, or by a different organization through a business2business (B2B) webservice. Enabling your company in reselling service assurance. The Consumer module connects your users to Service Highway.

Supplier

The Service Highway Supplier connects your (existing) tools and platforms to the Service Highway. Through it's open interface, the supplier can integrate virtually anything. If it has an interface: Supplier can connect! A Service Highway can connect multiple Supplier modules, typically one for every technical domain.

Reporter

Service assurance is nothing without feedback. To keep track of the process, the Service Highway Reporter gathers data and creates real time (tailor made) reports.
